Quarterly Pest Control Treatments
Regular pest control treatments designed to create a perimeter of defense around your home to keep your home insect & rodent free. All treatments are safe for kids and pets when dry.
We create a zone of defense around your property for crawling insects. Bait is placed in your lawn/flower beds and a spray with a strong residual effect protects your foundation from crawling insects.
Soffits & Foundation
First, we sweep for spiders. We use a dust that gets into the cracks and crevices that prevents insects from creating a home. Next we use a treatment with a strong residual kill flying insects that land on your soffits & foundation.
Every home has entry points for bugs. Along with your doors and windows, every garden hose spigot, electrical outlet, & utility line that comes into your home is a potential entry point for bugs. We treat each one individually.
* Pestegic Defense does not treat or guarantee against termites or bed bugs. Pestegic Defense customers do receive discounts on these services.
We strongly believe that the best way to keep bugs out of your home is to get them before they make it inside. That said, there are a couple of reasons we would come inside.
On our first visit to your home we will schedule additional time for Interior Service.
When the weather gets cold, insects like to come inside where it’s warm. We’ll do an interior service in the late fall and/or winter, along with our regular exterior service.
What To Expect
When we do an interior service we will typically inspect the home for evidence of insects. In areas where bugs like to live like kitchens and bathrooms, we’ll treat the cracks and crevices where bugs tend to hang out, along with any potential entry points. We’ll also leave behind glue-boards in a few inconspicuous places to monitor for insect activity.

Spiders are a common household pest. While most spiders are harmless and can even be beneficial by controlling other pest populations, some species can be dangerous to humans. Spiders can also be a nuisance, as they can build webs in corners and other areas of a home. In addition, some people may have an irrational fear of spiders, which can make their presence particularly unsettling. Professional pest control can help to eliminate spider infestations and prevent them from returning. Regular pest control can also help to reduce the overall population of pests, which can in turn reduce the number of spiders in a home. Learn More About Spiders
