Welcome to Pestegic HQ (“Pestegic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our internal business application and related services.

Authorized Use

Pestegic HQ is intended for authorized Pestegic personnel and approved business partners. You may use the application only for legitimate Pestegic business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts and Google Sign-In

You may sign in using an approved Google account. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate your identity and associate you with an authorized Pestegic user account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must promptly notify Pestegic if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.

Pestegic may approve, restrict, suspend, or remove access at any time to protect customer information, business operations, or system security.

Customer and Business Information

The application may contain customer, property, inspection, proposal, service, communication, and other business records. You may access and use that information only as needed to perform authorized work for Pestegic. You must not disclose, download, copy, or use this information for an unrelated purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt to gain access to accounts, records, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the application.
• Upload malicious code or misuse the application to violate another person’s privacy, rights, or applicable law.
• Use Pestegic information for personal, competitive, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pestegic HQ as needed for maintenance, security, or business operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be error-free.

Ownership

Pestegic HQ, its software, branding, and business records are owned by Pestegic or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership rights in the application or its contents.

Termination

Your right to use Pestegic HQ ends when your authorization ends or when Pestegic disables your access. Sections relating to confidentiality, data protection, ownership, and acceptable use continue after access ends.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pestegic HQ after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
